Stopped here one early afternoon on my way to visit some family, ended up wishing we had just stayed in the car. The place seems to be run by a teenager and a bunch of untrained employees. I'm not one to complain, but when the so-called manager is sitting on his phone, laughing, while his employees can't seem to make a single drink or food item correctly, I have an issue. This is by far my favorite Dunkin to go to in Dutchess County. Employees know me by name and say my order before I even open my mouth at the drive thru. Highly recommend.
