Always out of something and they charge a dollar for a cup of ice. Ridiculous. Staff is always very nice. Owners are greedy.
I recently visited your location to order a drink and witnessed a deeply upsetting interaction. A male customer at the counter was speaking in an extremely rude and demeaning manner to a young female employee. What was most disturbing was that the manager on duty, Jamil, was present and did nothing to intervene or defend her. Every time I go to this location my drinks are always filled 3/4. Why am I being charged full price?? The customer service is very unfriendly and if you ask for a cup carrier they act like it comes out of their personal paycheck. Management sucks at this location!
