I rarely ever leave reviews but had to say this Dunkin was so convenient for us since it’s close to home, but honestly I’ve had too many poor experiences rather than good. I’ve given them more chances than I should’ve. I’ve found hair in the cream cheese that’s on my bagel. I request my kiddos bagel “not toasted” because they have sensory issues. It was my first time coming here on Jan 23 2025 and I’m appalled at how some of the staff talk and behave. I understand making drinks is difficult as I used to work for Dunkin back in 2017-2023 but still knew that there was a time and place for specific behaviors. Callouts like “stop making drinks!” Or “this is bullshit!” are unacceptable. I am also surprised with how low they serve the coffee, not even up to the trained fill line. And the way the staff talk to their leaders is just not okay.
