Best dunkin on chicago area, really good service, really fast enviroment, and overall such a great experience. They always everything in stock and always able to make comidations.
Ordered 2 Small Brown Sugar Shaken Espressos in the drive-thru. When I got to the window, the Indian lady said total and handed me a drink and said, “Small Shakin’ Espresso,” and that’s when I corrected her and said I ordered 2 Brown Sugar Shaken Espressos. She took the drink back, came back about 30 seconds later with 1 drink, and another employee brought me the second one a minute later. Google says hours of closing are10pm only to drive up at 9pm and it’s closed.
Great service, my order is always correct, and they also remember I like straw with my drink. I always leave the drive thru with a smile on my face.
