Still annoyed with the fact that they can't get a drink right to save their lives. 5 years and a whole lot has changed... except the fact that when you tell them you want a certain drink and you're redeeming POINTS, you want THAT SPECIFIC DRINK, and then you realize after arguing with them for 5 minutes at the window and you're halfway home, that you were right the entire time. I went in there order a lattee drive thru 7.84 w bagel .change $2.16 after git my items lady said you owe $2.16 that was my change. Then I drive home and what I order wasn't it.i called they hit nasty said oh your lattee wasn't ready it's still here.it was a mistake as.sje was laughing. Said u want it got drive back so I did 30 min later get back she gave me the old lattee was cold sitting there I recorded the whole thing and took pictures of the two people involved.
