Went inside because we were not familiar with menu. That was a mistake. Stood in the empty front counter waiting for service. While 3 employees worked the drive thru. So we decided to use the kiosk of which I order a wrap with no cheese and other items. Paid with no way to get receipt. Then waited and watched a car that pulled up at the end of the long line for the drive thru.
