Love this Dunkin’! They deserve all their flowers and are always on my point in my opinion. I stop here on my morning commute to work, which is usually a couple times a week. I used the mobile app, and they always seem to have my order ready once I pull around to the window - or very quickly after. They’re always so friendly & kind, not skimpy with the toppings/extras, and they don’t mess up my orders! Thank you guys for being such a solid destination in my morning commute that I can count on!
Terrible service, they never have any donuts. Pretty much all the Dunkin' Donuts are like this. But this one is terrible. Donuts are old and crusty. Never fresh. The people working there are nasty.
I ordered three raised chocolate, iced donuts and a hot coffee. What you all call chocolate sprinkled. The donuts were at at least at least a day if not 2. The absolute worst done it I’ve ever had!
I ordered the hot chocolate. When I opened the lid it was just water and all the powder was solid on the bottom and I had to stir it myself. I called to ask about it and they said the machine was broken. If the machine was broken then you shouldn’t have served it, you should’ve told me so I wouldn’t have to order it. I know it’s not the staff and server’s fault but it’s the managements fault for not repairing it and now the young workers have to face the customers and they get blamed for it.
This place is always super busy in the morning, but they do a great job keeping the pace!! They've always been friendly as well!!
