Michelle at the Decatur AL location deserves a raise. She was so positive and happy to help. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Her attitude is complete opposite of all other employees at this location so it was unbelievably refreshing to be helped by her. Good employees are hard to find. I hope Dunkin can recognize that she is a good one, and appreciate her so that she can stay. Thank you Michelle 🩷

Updated review below : AmaZing coffee and fresh donuts I missed having a dunks and this one doesn't disappoint they are loving in nature customer and the kindness shows ! Don't hesitate to give them a go ! Updated after more visits . The a.m. crew is fantastic the afternoon crew however is not the same and customer service is not the same nor does it seem present .
