By far the slowest Dunkin in Denver. Even if you preorder it takes 5-10 minutes! Let alone a small line of 2-3 people and it takes 15+ minutes.
If I could provide 0 stars, I would. I recently placed an order through the app and noticed that the order was set for today instead of tomorrow morning. In effort to immediately address my mistake, I tried calling the store directly. A girl answered with "Uuugh, a michigander. I have no interest in helping you" and immediately hung up. this location is so slow. it feels like management doesn't want to hire more employees to work. So if you're in a rush don't use their drive thru. you will sit there for 20 mins. they also hardly ever have any donut variety aside from chocolate and pink sprinkle. The only positive is they always put a good amount of ice in the mediums.
Those 2 are fast, funny, and hard working. They made the visit pleasurable.
