This poor Dunkin’ - I’m not sure the problem but I’ve had two separate times (delivery and take out) where they were just completely out of donuts at 8 am. I suspect a delivery trickle down issue but, like, those are in your name…they’ve also never gotten my order right on the first try. I’m happy to be patient but just wanted to review in case the management saw this and could be made aware
First time going through the drive thru and the employee was super rude and impatient. I don’t know if it was busy inside or what but I was the only car in the drive thru. I was ordering for someone in the passenger seat and was trying to repeat her answers to the speaker and dude couldn’t wait like the extra 2 seconds for me to say her answers. It was very much like we were an inconvenience. We were annoyed and upset at how rude the service was we didn’t bother paying and just left empty handed.
Came in for "Large" coffee, got a medium instead. This isn't the first time either. This may not have happened 3 times in a row, but definitely happened 3 times within a 1 month span. They always take forever to do orders. There will be no one in the drive thru, or even inside; but for some reason they take almost 10 mins for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I usually drive an extra 15 mins to go to another Dunkin due to this one being constantly inconsistent.
Everything was good. I git a coffee, sandwich and donuts- all great. Dunkin is my favorite donut place.
