I came by at 9am this morning Halfway through my order I was given my total and told to pull around. After stating that I wasn't finished ordering, the associate told me to chill a minute they were busy. At the window there wasn't a customer in the store. How disrespectful. I will never go back to this location. 0 out any amount of stars you could fathom.
Placed a mobile order didnt take to long to get it and was good quality the woman who answered the drive thru and window to give it to me was very professional and polite.
I’m writing to complain about the extremely rude customer service I received at Dunkin’ located at 686 S Colorado Blvd, Glendale, CO 80246 on January 29, 2026 around 7:00–7:30 AM. I ordered two lattes at the drive-thru and the employee told me to “give me a moment,” but I waited about 5 minutes with no update. Then I asked for a half dozen donuts and tried to tell him which donuts I wanted, he responded very rudely saying that “ we only do assorted on the drive-thru.” I was only trying to get donuts for my kids.
