It took 34 minutes to get my order. It was 1 iced coffee and 2 donuts. Don’t come here.
I always go through the drive through and I’ve never had a bad experience. The employees are nice and work efficiently. I think this location is veteran owned!
The three guys working here on a Sunday were so rude and, honestly, not fast. There was a line and people were leaving. Me and my kids waiting and at one point the guy was talking to idk who about ordering at the kiosk, and I thought he was talking to me so I asked “I’m sorry?” So he could repeat himself and he just rudely said “I’m not talking to you.” I’ve never been treated like this. The customer service in this place is ridiculous. You can’t even call it customer service. Rolling eyes at customers and forgetting multiple items in multiple peoples orders is not ok. Hire people that give a crap about their job.
Never open on time. Maybe they open at 6? We’ve tried to go twice at 5 and it’s a ghost town and we end up and at another chain. This location consistently receives poor reviews. Hopefully management starts to pay attention. Would be nice to have a dunkin in the Denver metro but I have no faith they will be open or servicing customers during the hours listed.
