Horrible attitudes!! No friendliness from staff overall, but absolute rudeness from what I'm assuming is the manager. Also a 20 minute wait for 2 coffees until I finally asked for my second drink.
I absolutely love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and have now stopped at this one two different times that they say they’re open, but they are not. When I have an able to catch them they are truly the worst staffed fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I do not know how they stay open!!
My impression is that the store was understaffed so I don't blame the fella working but my order (for two people) was missing two food items and also one food item was incorrect. Womppp, womppp.
Waiting 15 minutes in the drive through for a bottled water
This location is severely understaffed - it takes a minimum 10 minutes every time I’m here for just one iced coffee. No matter if there’s no one in line. Please get this location more staff so service is faster
