15 minutes in the drive-through Benny told him the amount of items. People are ordering on the drive-through in the morning. It’s pathetic that you have to wait 15 minutes.
I just went into Dunkin Donuts to buy two gift cards. The team on was more interested in stocking the store than customer service. I was given pink receipts that can bearly be read and no gift card holder. I asked them to reprint readable receipts and was laughed off because they don't have anymore paper. Every time I come to this location the food is not cooked properly or better yet stale & makes me feel sick afterwards. In my most recent visit i was next in line in the drive through, and upon the window opening I heard a young girl hollering very explicit words and phrases telling a story to her co workers. I understand a lot of the youth that works here are from high school, totally get that because Dunkin was my first job ever. But this is not the kind of atmosphere you want to be around especially in the drive through. ... read more
Absolutely atrocious place, with the most atrocious attitude from employees. Horrible attitude, even from the manager. They don’t take any pride in their work and they won’t even take time to mix the drinks, especially the sparked drinks that you’re supposed to stir with a spoon. I don’t know how this place is still up and running, especially with just the health concerns I could see standing there waiting for my coffee.
