The bagel I got was harder than my head, which is considerable! The iced-tea was what I would imagine tap water in Chernobyl to be like.... the service was mediocre as the gentleman behind the register looked annoyed... I am a town resident and go out of my way into Hamilton just to have a better experience... Raise your game please, you are losing money!
Got my iced coffee at drive through. It was made as ordered. Service was fast and polite.
