The store was welcoming and clean. There were only two customers in the store, and both of us were being helped. They had about 12 different types of donuts to choose from but no apple fritters… which we really wanted.

Drinks are very inconsistent. Terrible customer service. They constantly mess up orders and never confirm what you asked for. Double check your order, or you’ll probably get the wrong drink.
