Is the slowest Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. They take your order and apparently don't start making it until you get to the window.. they make one order at a time at an average of 3 minute 5 per order .
Horrible customer service. I ordered a mobile order for pick up inside. My daughter went inside and stood at the to go area and was ignored for 5 minutes. She kept trying to get the employees attention but everyone ignored her. Our drinks weren't even on the stand for us to just walk in and grab, they were placed behind it.
