I debated posting a review, but the experience this morning was frustrating. I understand mornings are busy and many places are understaffed, but the issue wasn’t just the long drive-through line (which is still crazy, btw) —it was the service. The girl who took my order was pleasant, but the older woman at the window was very rude. She practically flung the card reader at me—to the point that I had to catch it and steady it before inserting my card. This store must have an amazing manager at the helm because it is by far the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the Ormond Daytona, new Smyrna Beach area! The employees are always polite, efficient, in great spirits, helpful, and professional. I cannot say the same for many of the other Dunkin’ Donuts stores I have visited in the area. I’m not saying they’re all terrible, but they don’t seem to go above and beyond like the employees at this store!
