This is the worst Dunkin’ location I have ever visited. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and rushed me throughout my order. She got my order wrong and had an attitude when I asked for my sandwich to be remade. Instead of preparing a new sandwich, she removed the sausage and cheese from the original sandwich, placed them on a bagel, and threw away the croissant. Tesfaye should absolutely be fired for his horrific customer service. He literally called me an asshole and gave me the middle finger because I wanted to know how he expected me to spread ice cold butter on a warm bagel. He didn't tell me they don't spread the butter themselves until AFTER I paid and left them a tip, too. He had a major attitude from the start and kept saying that it wasn't his problem, which it absolutely is going to be his problem now.
The lady was informative but had to much attitude, anything in the airport is a ripoff I'm gonna leave and come back, this is the dunkin express by the frontier airlines Everytime I mention Jesus people wanna have an attitude
The worst experience I've ever had at a coffee place. The donuts were stale and the person making it started saying "We make it fresh, come inside, come inside" as if to threaten me to go inside the kitchen. I told my partner to not get anything since he was behind me in line and the guy told us to go to Starbucks. Unprofessional. He tried to throw a donut at us as we were leaving.
