Terrible customer service, after saying they were out of everything bagels and then telling me they had everything bagels, the employee audible screamed “AAAAAAAHHHH” through the mic, in frustration. When I got to the window, the employee did not say hello, but said “HEY!!!” In a very rude tone after I didn’t notice she was trying to give me my card back. Elderly lady up front needs to be replaced since she has messed up plenty of my orders and only realize when I get my orders always chalks it up to I didn’t hear you. Staff in the back also forget that us customers can hear all that profanity and it’s disgusting to hear at 7-8 Am
