Staff is very rude
My son needed to wash his hands in the restroom, but the staff refused to give him the password and entered it for him instead. After eating, he wanted to wash his hands again and entered the password himself. This time, the staff yelled at him and repeatedly shouted, 'NO!' I’ve never encountered anyone in the U.S. being so mean to a 6-year-old. It left us deeply hurt. We've lived in this neighborhood for three years and used to visit this location three times a week.
