Very rude to the hearing impaired
Came in here last month for ice caramel latte and i was told machine doesn’t work. Came today 06/28/2025 latte machine still don’t work.
If you’re going to multitask, make sure you can multitask. Woman took my order while she was busy then completely disrespectful when she was corrected.
Why is it every time I go to this store, and it's not even often, they need up my order? Is it so hard to follow an app order? Last week they served me cold coffee, there was only one person ahead of me in line, and the server did nothing but complain how she's the only person there and she is so "busy". When she finally brought out my order, the coffee was cold!!!! I had to complain to customer service thru the app. Same thing happening today.
