Tried to get donut here 3/13, 3/14, 3/15. Black guy who closes takes off for ten to twenty minutes at a time near end of shift. No service available. This is BS.
I was in the mall over the weekend for an event, I went upstairs to grab a Tea & Coffee. I was the second one in line, I ordered, was waiting for my tea. People were ordering, getting their stuff, after about 15 minutes I asked if my tea was ready, the girl VERY RUDE said we are busy you have to wait! I also witnessed another customer asked for napkins, the girl threw them on the counter at her said HERE! I FINALLY got my stuff, I walked away not saying a word.
