If you are strapped for time or needing to get to work on time, don’t stop here. Been stuck behind one car waiting for my 1 little coffee several times. It’s extremely frustrating when you have the app but the car in front of you doesn’t. If they start an order from scratch no matter the size, it’s taking a minimum 5 minutes.

Updated: What I ordered versus what I got. It is not just this time, it is every. Single. Cashier at drive thru window has no customer service skills. She didn’t greet me at the window. Didn’t tell me my price at the box and didn’t even tell me my price at the window. Just took my card I asked a worker passing by my price she told me hold on. When the original woman at the drive thru window returned I I asked her my price and instead of opening her mouth and telling me she just handed me my receipt. Silence is not key when you are in customer service.
