Zero stars ‼️I waited in line 10 minutes in the drive-through for a hot tea only to get to the window and the older woman tells me that they don’t have tea. Then she began to speak Spanish to her coworkers and complain about me when I told her I was also Spanish understood everything she said and pointed to the flag in my windshield . My first time at Dunkin drive thru and my experience was amazing at how kind and friendly the staff was. Thank you.
If you are strapped for time or needing to get to work on time, don’t stop here. Been stuck behind one car waiting for my 1 little coffee several times. It’s extremely frustrating when you have the app but the car in front of you doesn’t. If they start an order from scratch no matter the size, it’s taking a minimum 5 minutes.
