Go here often and the drive thru is always slow. Today was the worst. Sat there for longer than it took to drive there. Ordered two drinks and a grilled cheese. Pay and yet again sitting at the first window waiting to move to the second one for quite some time. Get to the 2nd window and get grilled cheese and no drinks. Few minutes later get one of two drinks. Few more minutes later get handed a drink we didn’t order. Tell them and wait yet another several minutes to get the right drink. Out of stock continually, limited selection. Sure would have been nice to have a good Dunkin’ nearby, but this isn’t it. Update: they are ‘short staffed’ every time, expect long waits and cold food (sandwiches). Modifying to 1 star. If they weren’t the only nearby, they would be out of business already.
I did a mobile order about five minutes after I left our home. I spent 40 minutes in line waiting at the drive-through to pick it up. I ended up running so late for work. I had to come inside to pick up my order only to find out it had not even been started yet an hour total this had to be. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, but this is the third or fourth time this has happened to me. Whoever is the area manager or district manager here should help the Janesville locations. Cottage Grove is amazing! Janesville sucks....
