If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve gotten from this location 3 times now and 2 of the 3 times I ordered an iced latte and they gave me just milk and syrup.

Me personally there is nothing I hate more than disgusting sugary high calorie milkshakes posing as coffee. But thanks to the absolute outstanding service that I received from the worker Cristabelle my views on not only Dunkin’ have changed but my outlook on life itself and my relationship with my father in heaven God himself. I still think about the last time I went to dunkin at this location, genuinely such a good experience I walked out of there with a smile on my face and a slip in my step. The people there seemed to genuinely care, the cashier Christabel was new and training but she did so well and was so kind, helpful, and understanding. She made a BOMB drink as well. They clearly have great hires! Gives me hope for this new generation! Keep it up!
