Remember, this is breakfast first meal of the day order two sourdough sandwiches nastiest thing I’ve ever stuck in my mouth and cold. They remade the order, but wasn’t much better than the cold one didn’t have any mayonnaise. I stop by the Mansfield location on Matlock, for coffee and breakfast on my way to the golf course. I hung out a bit to enjoy the atmosphere. The manager was full of energy and the team was very helpful. Enjoyed my visit.
I tried calling the store to contact the store manager/shift lead to provide them with information regarding my inedible food. To start, each time I have ordered from this particular Dunkin’, they have either butchered a simple iced coffee with cream and sugar, have burnt food to where’s its inedible, or have forgotten items altogether. The staff that are ‘employed’ through this franchise are absolutely abhorrent and unprofessional. Help me understand how a young adult is calling a woman ‘queen’ and ‘sweetie’?
