I ordered a caramel craze iced signature latte without whipped cream, but the drink I was handed at the drive-thru looked like milk and sugar with no coffee. The drive-thru employee, Caden, even asked, “does that look right?” which it didn’t. I pointed out that there was no coffee, and instead of remaking it, he dumped some of the drink out and handed it back saying he added coffee. Horrible experience! young woman took our order gave our donuts and left to the back. Two gentlemen in the drive thru laughing, the girl came back to the front and did not give us our HOT chocolate. Standing there and clearly NO ONE asked to help us or did she ask did you need anything??? I guess they figure adults just like standing by the counter. We stopped coming due to bad experience since it's closer to us came back to give it a last opportunity. Whomever owns this place it’s known for BAD service, and coming from Chic... read more
