This is supposed to be a medium banana protein latte…. First this is a large cup. The drink tastes nothing like banana. I’ve gotten this drink from several other locations and this Mansfield location is somehow always messing up. I gave it another chance today and the donuts I bought were stale and hard. This has to be the worst Dunkin I've ever seen. How does a donut place run out of glazed donuts before 10am EVERY time? Don't waste your money here. America's Best Coffee and Donuts is right down the road and far better.
I never do reviews, I probably have the total of 4 reviews on google so you know this is becoming a problem. With that being said this dunkin food service is horrible! EVERYTIME something is missing or not made correctly it’s becoming too common it’s ridiculous. Customer service is good but PLEASE train them more on how to cook/make items the way they’re suppose to be made
I ordered a caramel craze iced signature latte without whipped cream, but the drink I was handed at the drive-thru looked like milk and sugar with no coffee. The drive-thru employee, Caden, even asked, “does that look right?” which it didn’t. I pointed out that there was no coffee, and instead of remaking it, he dumped some of the drink out and handed it back saying he added coffee.
