Always clean! ALWAYS VERY SLOW. No matter the hour or day. You can count on the staff being chaotic in action but slow. Even if one person is in the drive thru and 2 people in the lobby. Lolol. So plan accordingly. You will wait no matter what.
I just moved here from Stamford where I go to my usual Dunkin every morning. Let’s just say the first interaction here wasn’t good. My coffee was wrong and when I went back in not even a sorry or anything girl took it from me took the top off threw it into the handwashing sink (I am a GM of a restaurant, def a no no) forcefully threw the cup in the garbage.
