Very disappointing experience at Dunkin on March 25 around 12:05 AM. We ordered a refresher and a latte, but the staff member didn’t seem to know the items on their own menu. We patiently explained the order, but things didn’t improve. When I asked for less ice, he said there would be an extra charge, which didn’t make sense. i went to the dunkin at around 10:00 and it’s 24 hour service but they told me the food was closed and only drinks?? that makes no sense do better
