Stopped by here at 9:35 on a Thursday. The manager is making a young employee stand outside in the rain to take orders. There is not even really much of a line, but even if there was, that is NO excuse for treating your employee that way!!!! It was extremely distressing seeing a young employee forced to work outside in the rain. The employee had a great attitude about it and did not complain, but this upset me enough that I said something to the manager. Come to this Dunkin because it’s the closest to home can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered a large drink and they never have large straws can management invest in large straws?! This looks crazy and of corse they don’t tell you they don’t have a large straw until your order and pay already .
Service is terrible. They repeatedly mess up the order (forgetting the extra espresso shot we pay for, giving iced tea instead of cold brew, giving iced lattes instead of hot). So frustrating. They aren’t rude but they are so nonchalant they just don’t care
The overall service is great! I love my regular staff members who are wonderful and I enjoy seeing them every morning. However, this new staff member is rude and she gave me the wrong coffee. I drive 40 mins to work everyday and enjoy drinking while I drive however, when I taste my coffee its like I was given decaf coffee. The coffee was horrible.
