I usually dont write reviews, because I'm not so picky and stingy with things, especially within the food services since I myself understand some troubles that can occur. And I have had some positive experiences here, but the bad far out weighs with the good. Many times in the drive through the workers are just outright blunt and mostly rude. Somone else grabbed my order which wasnt the workers fault but then they handed back the food the person brought back to us and is against company policy
Went there n asked a ? at 3:40pm a short girl with glasses, sorry she is heavy size gave me attitude n went away just to be in the phone I felt that, she needs training how to talk n answer the customer, I hope you let her know that I just asked 1 ? Love your morning staff, they are the best please let her know that she needs to be more professional.😔
It gets orders cause it's the only full service Dunkins in this small town, but by far the worst I've had from. And the Memorial weekend drink bucket promo, y'all let one reseller buy out all of them instead of putting in order limits despite multiple people in line audibly saying something. End of the day it wouldn't even be worth it cause the coffee is always burnt. Would recommend if you're passing through this town to not even stop, just keep going to Concord or Manchester.
There are 10 employees and it still takes 20 min for 1coffee.
