I try to come to this Dunkin often since its the closest for me. I will be going to other locations after today. The customer service was a 0 in my eyes, after being in customer service my entire career. The man has a rude tone and told me I couldn't wait at the window for my mobile order that was set for drive thru and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes when a car that came behind me ordered and waited at the window for their order which was placed after mine. I ordered a strawberry green tea refresher, and the man handed me some milk based drink and says it's better than what I ordered and he isn't remaking it.
