Service was absolutely the worst I have experienced, the drive through was packed and the workers were scrambling like ants on fire, they refused service to any inside customers. Literally had no one working the inside register. The people waiting in line inside before me gave up and left and I stood there forever with out any acknowledgement or I'm sorry sir we will be right with you. Nothing. I only go when its not busy.
Update: my husband went in today and she yells at him immediately “OH ITS YOUUUU” and yelled at him the entire time he made his order. It’s impossible to even go here and see the employees we love because this lady Nikki. She’s a nightmare . Today Nikki was so incredibly rude to me and my husband we requested a refund and left angry. She was incredibly rude to me, the passenger of the car and acted like I was some burden to her. Either the woman at the drive thru mistook me for someome else or she was seriously upset I was using cash. I have never had someone be so rude to me and have no understanding as to why. I handed her a 10, she grabbed it with a huff. Stormed around giving me nasty looks. Came back and threw my change at me. As I was counting it she glared at me with pure hate. I asked what I did and she shut the window. There are other places to get coffee, I definitely will not be going back there
