If I could leave a negative star, I would absolutely do it. 5\31\26 after waiting a good ten minute for my order as I pull up to the drive through window there was a female employee that was bawling her eyes out. I asked her, are you okay? Is there something you know? I mean, what's up? There is one nice lady that works there. Otherwise it’s the slowest moving drive through out there lately and has gotten really bad. A few of the people are very rude and get mad at you because they’re frustrated. I get it but if I’m not being rude to you after waiting 20 minutes for a untoasted bagel with only 3 people in front of us, I’m not the problem lol
