It's an almost $6 drink. I pay extra for oat milk, and they can't even fill the cup all the way. At least trick me and put extra ice. That's like an hr of sips I'm missing bc I drink my coffee all throughout the day. It should be common sense to not hand out a drink that's not even full.
I went through drive through and asked for a double shot of expresso I got a single and when I said I asked for a double shot not a single shot a girl went and said ok she can fix it. Nikki came back to the window and said this is a double shot of expresso and when I said that isn’t a double shot plz fix it she gave me severe attitude and was extremely rude to my wife and said I don’t know who has been giving you that but they are wrong and she said that she wasn’t going to fix it and tried to hand it back to me. Today Nikki was so incredibly rude to me and my husband we requested a refund and left angry. She was incredibly rude to me, the passenger of the car and acted like I was some burden to her. She kept shouting “excuuusseee meee!” (Like she was offended) And It was crazy. I love the usual staff . There are 3 real gems of human beings that work there (I’m not going to mention names because of Nikki) but this woman was an absolute nightmare. Apparently she’s the manager in the morning which I don’t want to believe is true
Employees were rude when asking a question seemed like they just didn’t want to do their job. Left frustrated and unhappy with the service, very unfortunate.
