We placed an online order for pick up and it took 30 minutes after we arrived to receive it because they said they were out of avacado toast and didn’t start making the rest of the order. Terrible.
The new manager n Mohammed are rude. I been going there over 3 years no problem. I go every day 7 days a week. I know all the workers which some are family. All of a sudden because I wrote a review the manager spoke to the workers n told them they aren't allowed to speak to me . Which is crazy seeing customer service is being friendly with us or we don't go bck . Now they told the workers the new manager not to serve me or my daughter n we weren't allowed in the store after 3 years of being there. They use old food .. n are ... read more
