I pulled up to a completely empty drive-thru on a Sunday morning. After only 20 seconds of trying to decide what to order, the manager abruptly told me I had '5 seconds left' because they were 'on a timer.' I felt completely unwelcome. There is no reason to rush your only customer in an empty drive-thru over a timer. Terrible customer service.
We always go through the drive through, the associates are always kind, friendly and smiling. Ali really made our day today but I would name them all if I knew their names. Thank you so much!

We visited this location today at 100 Marston st, Lawrence. They were very nice and even went extra by making sure my son’s Dunkin donut Halloween bucket stayed clean by putting his munchkins in a bag for him.
