Great workers nice and fast
I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin' drive-thru today. After waiting with no response, I said “hello” twice a few seconds apart just to make sure the system was working. The employee responded by saying, “Are you going to keep saying hello? We’ll take your order when we’re ready.” Even after I placed my order, she continued lecturing me about it, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
