This location, like many other dunkin donuts, microwaves the bagels instead of using the toaster. Pretty gross and inconsistent product when you want a toasted bagel.
Very rude
Poor Customer Service - very rude to customers I don't care that you were training someone - YOU yourself was very disrespectful. Not that you care because you're too busy talking about your personal life.
Seemed to take forever to get our order. And each item came out one at a time. When we went back to the counter to order more we stood there for more than 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. It seems drive thru takes more of a priority at this location. Food and drinks were good.
