Lady at the front window was super rude. Told us we needed to go through the drive through again if we wanted to add a water because of her timer. EXCUSE ME?!?! I worked at a drive through in HIGH SCHOOL and never once told a customer that. Not to mention my bagel was hard as a rock and cold. It doesn’t take a high school diploma to be nice to customer and get food right. Dunkin lost a loyal customer today.
I’m loving my light ice refresher! Every time I come to this place, they never give me what I want. I mean I’m sitting here paying five dollars for a drink and I’m paying for one that’s ridiculous. and the girl who works at the drive-through is rude as shit.
I felt badly for intruding on their day because they were obviously much more interested in talking to each other about parties and their own things than speaking to customers! ZERO greetings, ZERO eye contact, almost no acknowledgment of my existence there. Just “threw” my food at me and turned to walk away. RUDE! Definitely will NOT be back to this one!
