Every time that I visit,the employees act like they would rather be elsewhere
I agree with the other review saying this location needs to be shut down. How in the world is a coffee shop out of espresso???? I ordered three drinks online for pick up and when I arrive, they informed me of their lack of espresso. Instead of trying to accommodate me, they immediately suggest a refund that I must complete through the mobile app. However, the website, app, and contact options are completely useless because the hours don't even align with store hours. The employees were apathetic. They acted like we were asking them to get up off the couch so we could order coffee. The restaurant and restrooms were very dirty. We had tried that location one other time and regretted giving it a second chance. We will not return.
Do not go to this store if you need to get out within 20 minutes. Especially if it’s morning, and you’ve got someplace to be. Place a mobile order at 5:43am for asap…arrived at 5:55..,they hadn’t started. 3 other people in the store and nobody in drive thru.
