Order a breakfast sandwich which was over priced but was in a hurry to grab something to eat. The guy acted like I was annoying him from walking in and making him get up to make it. The sandwich was soggy, not toasted and gross. I won't be going back and spending my hard earned money on junk food, with bad service. The coffee was also beyond watered down with little taste.
Unfortunately they were without power or maybe had half power donuts looked fresh even though I was there at like 1:00 and they had left the doors open so you could come in and at least purchase the donuts if you had cash which I did yay me
I always stop at this Dunkin on my way to work. I place a mobile order as I'm getting in the car, 5 minutes later I'm at the store picking it up, and my order is always ready by the time I get there. Every once in a while there might be a small issue, maybe one too few pumps of flavor in the coffee, or a forgotten extra slice of cheese on my sandwich, but 99 times out of 100 my order is perfect.
