Nicest staff at any Dunkin ever!
Awful customer service. Went around 4:30 PM for a quick coffee and donut. 3 guys working, not coming to the front to take my order. One guy (bigger kid, chipped teeth) I swear didn’t attend to a single customer in front or drive thru - he was just counting coins (not sure if tips or whatever). The other 2 guys were wandering around with no drive thru customers. All the food here besides the donuts and munchkins has this insanely disgusting dirty toaster taste to it and it’s so nauseating. The servers also tend to forget something or mess up the order but it’s fine I guess. My main complain is just the nasty food taste.
Coffee and donut was great, service was not. I was supposed to have 4 coffees - 2 hot and 2 iced. The guy said our order was ready, but there was only 3 coffees. I simply said I should have 2 hot coffees, and he shows me the receipt, that very CLEARLY showed 4 coffees and he tried to tell me I must not have selected that one for the order and tried to move me out the door...all the while someone behind the counter was also trying to tell him we had another coffee coming and was trying to hand it to him.
