Coffee and donut was great, service was not. I was supposed to have 4 coffees - 2 hot and 2 iced. The guy said our order was ready, but there was only 3 coffees. I simply said I should have 2 hot coffees, and he shows me the receipt, that very CLEARLY showed 4 coffees and he tried to tell me I must not have selected that one for the order and tried to move me out the door...all the while someone behind the counter was also trying to tell him we had another coffee coming and was trying to hand it to him. My visit was on a Friday morning at about 9:30. There were six employees behind the counter. The drive-through was busy. My order was screwed up. My coffee was correct, but I ordered a bagel, not toasted with cream cheese on the side and I received a bagel toasted with cream cheese on it. The bagel was rock hard. This location has music playing, but I couldn’t really hear it well because behind the counter the employees had their own music playing. When they were closing, they gave us eight free donuts
4:51pm Saturday May 23rd. The guy working the takeout window is miserable. I drive up and he hands me my ice coffee and the lid pops off a bit and coffee splashes into my car and over me. Clearly he hadnt put the lid on tight enough. He doesn’t say a word and I have to ask him for napkins which he hands me and shuts the window. Never said a word. He should not be working in retail. What a jerk. To make matters even worse the coffee was terrible. How can you mess up a regular ice coffee with milk and sugar?
