El servicio es horrible, casi siempre envían los artículos incorrectos , no tienen consistencia en sus café nunca lo preparan igual , pésima atención al cliente , recién pedí un café y un sandwich y me enviaron dos café ❌
The service is really poor and disinterested. There’s no concern at all about giving customers a good experience. I’ve been here three times, and after today, I’ve decided to finally write this review. They forgot to bring my hot chocolate without sugar (or with the sweetener I selected on the screen) and just left it sitting in a corner waiting for someone to claim it. When the person I was with finally got to try it, it had sugar or some other sweetener WE DIDN’T ASKED FOR. The customer service is unpleasant and careless. ... read more
Wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here.
Avoid this Dunkin’s any chance you get unless you like waiting in line for 20-30 minutes for cold food and watered down drinks
