This dunkin should be closed. Management is useless, they cant even keep cups in stock, the kitchen is filthy. And the staff could care less. Highly recommend even drinking from river across the street first.
Very bad service i got left here for a long time I complained they took everyone in drive trough orders and just forgot about my order people walked in and left before me very bad experience here would not recommend
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The staff I encountered were incompetent and rude. The front door was locked even though they accepted a walk in / pick up order from the app. The employee pointed for me to walk around to the drive thru IN THE POURING RAIN! When I got to the window, the girl made it her primary mission to inform me that I placed an order at 6:42 PM when I should have used my crystal ball and known that they close at 7.
