Customer service is not good.
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. Been past two Friday mornings ordered online 40 minutes prior and coffee still wasn’t ready. Left both times. Even prior to this coffee tasted horrible. Employee behind counter was frustrated saying “All of Warwick must be ordering here.” Maybe have a cut off for online orders or hire better staff?
This place especially the bathroom is filthy and if the associates smile their face would crack
Pay for medium but get a small. Not the 1st time this happened at this Dunkin. Server was nice though.
