This DD had a renovation but still needs some experienced supervision. The young workers are doing the best they can with beginner experience, but overflowing garbage in and out on a regular basis, wrappers and napkins on floor, too loud music, straws and such more often empty than filled, too long wait times for in-store & online order-ahead purchases, all indicate they need a supervisor to help guide and oversee what should be priorities to maintain an efficient, clean and inviting store. Believe the low ratings. The only thing the remodel accomplished is that now you can see the employees behind the counter being terrible at their jobs. An order shouldn't take 25 minutes to prepare. Maybe a course on expediting would help. It's just so disorganized. Just go to a deli the service is better and the food is more fresh.
Not the best place to go to. They only have one good worker and everything else was moving really slow. Last time I ordered there, my hash browns were soggy
Waiting over 25 minutes to place an order with 5 people working behind the counter. Then to have a female employee be absolutely rude (I didn't get her name). Very disrespectful.
The staff here are clueless when it comes to dealing with customer issues. I got a chicken bacon croissant that was clearly missing the chicken and couldn't get either of the two employees to listen to me and do anything about it. Please retrain your staff. They don't understand simple things, like bacon shouldn't be cold and covered in white grease when it's served. Close down for a day or two and actually teach them how the food should look.
