Pay for medium but get a small. Not the 1st time this happened at this Dunkin. Server was nice though.
I ordered two iced coffee’s…….my wife and I weren’t even sure it was coffee. Either the coffee was burnt or something else was in the cups. Undrinkable to say the least. A complete waste of $8. Additionally, there were three people working and I was the only customer…….why would the place look such a mess??? Clean the area by the napkins, throw out empty muffin trays, make the place presentable for someone to want to come back. We will NEVER be back to that Dunkin.
This is by far the worse Dunkin EVER!!! I work in The Bronx and the small little Dunkin in the gas station down the street from my job is WAY BETTER!!! They’re as slow as molasses. They need to get this place together. The drinks never taste right & there are times when there are hardly any doughnuts. It’s in the freaking name, there should always be doughnuts!!
The parking is always full and usually the food selections are very minimal at 6PM The food and drinks are amazing But the service takes up to 10 minutes
Just ordered a bunch of stuff to include 2 toasted avocado toasts. Not toasted, stale bread! This place has always been inconsistent, and it's going down the tubes again! Manager is mean!
