This is the best Dunkin' in Charleston, by far. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The food comes out quickly and as pictured/expected. It's a pleasure to visit this location!
Rude? Really, lol. So tried to go into the lobby at 630am–locked. I asked through the drive-through what time the lobby opened, and they said that they were shortstaffed—- there after she told me that I was being rude—— I guess asking what time they open their lobby is considered rude— I truly get some places to get shortstaffed— but maybe handle it in a different way. I’m gonna be honest, the coffee is my best friend, but some of the girls there are genuinely so miserable it’s not even funny. I think there’s maybe 2 out of however many there are that are actually nice but the others all have attitudes. None of them can afford having a good attitude but they can afford their nails. Other than that its not bad, just wish they weren’t so depressing and irritated all the time. Again, only 2 of them have good attitudes and genuinely give you a nice vibe for when you leave.
Never had a problem. Absolutely gorgeous people working there, and absolutely amazing service.
The staff is very rude. They made a mistake with our order and when we tired to ask them about they were not helpful and had an attitude about it. They wouldn’t even fix their mistake.
