Went through drive through and ordered two coffees, decided I wanted some toast when I got to the window and when I asked for it the redhead girl that was working rolled her eyes at us and slammed the window shut hard. She was extremely rude!!! Didn’t speak when she handed our food to us! You need to hire someone who will actually do their job correctly I will never be returning here and don’t recommend anyone going here unless you don’t mind terrible customer service
Such an amazing staff! I used to order a large caramel Frappuccino almost daily, and it was perfect every time! I miss seeing this crew every day after I moved back up north. :( Tip your Dunkin staff, y’all! They deserve it!
It’s 8:05pm and they won’t serve food. I asked them when they closed and they said 9pm. I do not understand this. If I owned this place I would be pretty upset they are turning down business an hour before closing. It seems they do not want to do their jobs. I’m traveling and really needed some food.
They were extremely kind and FAST! We weren’t even done ordering and one of our coffees was done. If I lived here (I’m traveling through, I would go there often!
