This Dunkin was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere and the workers were delightful. I was at this location at the same time as Donald porter and what he’s said was not true. All the ladies said was the bathrooms were being cleaned. He was never told he couldn’t buy anything. Once he was told they were cleaning the bathrooms he got aggressive and stormed out. The ladies were delightful and I hate they have to deal with guys like him
Walked in to get a coffee, and use the bathroom. Was told I'm not allowed to even if buy something. Definitely will never go there again. And the woman with green hair best not come to piggly wiggly where I've worked for 4yrs asking to use ours bc that's a hell no.
Went in to pick up an order today. The 3 girls ignored me. Then got very rude when I ask them to seal the container and a receipt.

I'm not sure who owns this Dunkin' franchise, but I strongly recommend reviewing your staff. If things continue this way, the store could lose many loyal customers. This is a great location, but the employees are very rude. My name is Kumar, and I've placed more than 50 orders at this store. Unfortunately, because of the poor customer service, I won't be returning anymore from today and choose Starbucks. .
