12 minute wait at the drive through. Sandwiches were burnt and terrible. Asked for salt and napkins go neither. Asked for something like munchkins for waiting but they refused.
Rude employees, and have waited in line for 30 minutes before even being able to order. Would’ve left had the drive thru not been one way and a car behind me. Management needs to step in at this location. I could understand if it was busy, but no its smoke breaks. And if you’re going to be slow then at least get the order right and be nice.
i absolutely love this location i place mobile orders here often and always receive the correct order unlike most other dunkin’s i’ve been to. the people are always nice and the food is always good.
This is the worse Dunkin! 3 times this week my coffee has been made wrong . This happens every week it's ridiculous! Need to get some compendent employees cause the ones who work here have bad attitudes and don't pay attention at all Terrible service .
