This place is horrible, gave small straws for large drinks spent $10 and told she isn't allowed to give large straws for large drinks when I complained and asked for corporate number was told by manager she would call police. Over a large straw, are you kidding me, larger old lady manager has zero people skills and employees look terrified of her.
I always come to Dunkin to get coffee using the mobile app. For the life I cannot understand why would it take 15-20 minutes to get my order. You have to figure this out. I leave my house at 10:35, get to Dunkin at 10:38 leave at 10:54. Coffee is filled to the brim that it is seeping through lid and the window worker didn't even offer me napkins to wipe my coffee down. What is going on?
They make a great cup of coffee and super friendly.

I’ve been to this Dunkin 4 times. 4/4 times my order has been incorrect. Continued going due to location/proximity to work. Today, I placed a mobile order as pictured below. Male at the window mumbled my order confirming the type of donuts I ordered. Could hardly hear him. Informed him I did NOT want Boston cream to make sure it was Cream Delight as the Boston grosses me out. Ordered 2 of them as seen on my receipt. He confirmed the Cream Delight verbally. I said yes.
