Ordered through the mobile app. Half of the menu items I ordered weren’t available and had to be substituted. The coffee I ordered had no adequate substitution; therefore, I was told I would have to go through the app for a refund. This has proved to be a pain. EDIT: It has been a month, still no contact from Dunkin after several attempts to receive a refund for a product I paid for, but did not receive.
