Came yesterday for 2 drinks one being a large matcha latte, with almond milk. I tried it it was the most disgusting drink ever, so I went to pour it out. When I did a ton of powder was just sitting in the bottom. So I pay almost 6 dollars for a drink and the workers cant even mix the drink?????? I mean shoot at least give me a straw so i could mix it but handing me the disgusting mess they handed me yesterday at 2pm Thats crazy work!!!!!!🤯🤯🤯
Goes so slow every single time and they always add too much ice
Very inconsistent. Order the same thing on the app every time and it comes out different every time. Why ask how much cream and sugar if it's going to be a surprise?
Awful service they do not know the difference between a Frappuccino and an iced coffee and gives me a plain doughnut instead of a blueberry doughnut like get your crap together
