Food was friggin ICE COLD!!! We got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. The croissant was toasted and hot, the egg and sausage was ICE COLD on the inside. Not even "cooked". The loaded hash browns were cold too. The only thing hot was the wake up wraps. Don't go to this Duncan's!!!! This one on every corner find another one. I won't be back!!
Who hasn’t been to Dunkin’? Many of us have been to several locations for Dunkin’. This review is for the Dunkin’ at 725 Milford Rd., Merrimack, NH (03054). There is plenty of parking available at this location. What I like about this Dunkin’ is it’s in a convenient location, and each time I have visited this location, the inside of the business has been clean, well-lit, with plenty of room to sit down. Coffee is like you would expect from a Dunkins. Not Bad but it's not Great. It's Dunks. Very clean inside.
The drink mix is not at a large level. I noticed that 10 times stop by this location. It happens the same. Other place is large level. Why do you charge customers for the large cup price with medium level? The cream is makeup half the cup. New Update: they fix the problem due to the blender machine. Problem solve back to 5.
Young gentleman at the counter was very polite and showed urgency while getting my order together. Unfortunately there were a couple issues. Food order (made by someone else) was wrong and burnt. Ordered sausage but got bacon... not a huge deal but the blackened ends of my food made it taste horrid. Customer service 5 stars. Food is gross when burnt so check it before you leave
