The drink mix is not at a large level. I noticed that 10 times stop by this location. It happens the same. Other place is large level. Why do you charge customers for the large cup price with medium level? The cream is makeup half the cup

I ordered a bagel and it was black from how burnt it was and the cream cheese was brown from the burnt bagel
