My boyfriend went there to pick up my mobile order while I was at work. I got the notification that it was placed. He went through the drive through twice and they proceeded to keep telling him that the didn’t have the order. So he went inside and they once again said they had no web orders. She asked for proof which he had. Then he saw my order sitting on the counter and told them that it was right there. They proceed to sit and laugh at him because they thought it was funny. Not sure what is going on but this location can't never get an order right? $7 coffee should definitely be made as ordered, went through twice for a sec chance to correct it... nope still wrong! Definitely missing the mark! Get it together!
