3rd time coming to this location and they are consistently poor in customer service, friendliness and charisma. The drinks always made in poor quality, they do not respect your order. The drinks just do not taste right like other dunkin locations, they do not bother putting less ice even when you ask for it. The image I attached is after Ive taken genuinely 10 sips, and the rest is ice. HOW IS THAT LESS ICE????? I paid for a cup full of ice. incompetent.
Normally I bring my sweet old Rexy Roo for a pup cup once a week. But, my poor baby hurt his leg somehow Saturday and it still hasn’t gotten any better so we haven’t been able to go. So I went to dunkin after the gym today and when I got my order I asked if I could get a pup cup for my boy and that he hurt his leg so he couldn’t go. She happily gave me a pup cup for him and even gave me the rest of the whipped cream to take home to him🥹🥹 This was such an incredible moment. The staff here delivers 95% of the time and are accurate with our drink and food orders, they are great. I have become very disappointed with the the newest drink menus. Its been more almost a year since I really like their newest flavors. I loved the Irish cream cold brew and the Chocolate Carmel cold brew by not much since then. The quality has also dropped as prices have come up.
