I used to run a large non-profit, and I’d say I have a solid understanding of management and staff dynamics. The Dunkin’ in Boulder is run by a woman with a massive heart. She’s built a loyal team, which is always a strong sign of good leadership. From what I’ve seen, the place is run with genuine care for the staff and deep appreciation for the customers. As an east coaster, I’ve been to many Dunkins in my day, but none beat the experience of the Boulder Dunkin, all thanks to the wonderful Debra and her team.
Just another Boulder restaurant with workers who are clueless and have zero customer service OR communication skills. Obviously more owners that couldn't care any less...
