Every time I come here something is wrong or I end up waiting for long. No one was in the drive thru and they pulled me to the second window and forgot I was even there . Waited 15 min for them to ask “ what are you waiting on” when I stated a coffee they said “ did you pay already” this isn’t the first time. The goods always good but the customer service is always not to standard . They are very friendly but need more training
This is the worst Dunkin in the world. Every time I come here the service and food is terrible. This place should be closed.
This location is terrible. They never have anything. I tried ordering doordash for a few donuts a couple of weeks ago. They said they were out of all of them. Had to cancel my order. Gave them a chance again today, walked in this time. Out of most donuts. Asked for snacking bacon....out of it. Take the extra drive to the clear creek location.
Lava colada is beautifully amazing! Customer service very top notched.
