Not great. They dont like to give out straws.
I used to be a regular at this place, and I love Dunkin coffee so much that I’m boosted till next year. However, I’m not sure what changed, but I’m very disappointed in my coffee. The iced coffee tastes terrible. I get the same thing almost every day and it’s a very easy order, but the drink sucks now. The coffee in my iced coffee is weak, and has no flavor compared to 3 months ago. Needs to be said again, VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Probably need to hire smarter people to take coffee orders. How hard is it to make an iced decaf with no sugar sweetener? Apparently it is because (1) you have to listen to the customer and actually write in the order for sweetener, then (2) you actually have to add the sweetener. Their customer service needs improvement. This is the 2nd time I’ve been there and have been sadly disappointed by the customer service. All the $$ they paid Ben Affleck to tout their coffee is wasted on poor customer service. Will not return again... read more

The staff made my Monday morning so much better, drink was perfect and my toast as well. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way. Give the staff a raise! (:
