I went in for a simple iced latte. They handed me a hot latte and had to remake the coffee. They left the flavoring out that I requested and they didn’t give me a latte. They gave me regular ice coffee. I knew that they were gonna give it to me wrong because they were Laughing and speaking, a different language as I was waiting. I will not be returning As the customer service is horrible, it also didn’t look very clean inside.
Ordered a 50 pack of munchkins, got 45
The worst dunkin in ocean county. Rude employees and every time I order they mess it up. I honestly dont know why I still attempt to go there. Dunkin corporation do something about it!
I came today in drive through at 5:00pm like usual. I got the best drink i’ve ever had in the world. It was brown sugar espresso + the lady was super friendly and nice. In the beginning I tried to remember the drink name and she was so patient and helped me for picking up the drink and offered me donuts that I really liked. I will go back again.
