Staff here is always so friendly, my fav Dunkin to go to. Love the lattes, the matcha, and the Sabrina carpenter drinks!
Terrible customer service…I walked in to place an order and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before any of the 6 employees standing around even acknowledged I was there…then when he came over he said “dudash, dudash, you dudash?” So I’m like what??? And he was trying to ask if I was door dash…so after we finally got that squared away I was able to at least lace my order.
If you want to pay $16 for 3 cups of ice with a splash of coffee, this is your go to place! This is literally after 1 sip!!! Never again!
Honestly this place is usually on point. I ordered 2 bacon eggs and cheeses on bagels this morning. Arrived and one had one strip of bacon and the other had no bacon. Sent it back and they said they “fixed it” got home and neither sandwich have bacon. Really bad service from the guy working the window at 10:04 this morning. Usually my go to Dunkin but beware.
Normally, we have a great experience at this location. But the young lady working this morning is very pushy. I ordered in the drive thru a few weeks ago, and she urged me to pull forward when I was trying to make sure the order was right on the screen. Today she was rushing me through my one coffee order, at 5:30 a.m., when I'm the second of only two cars in line. Working in the restaurant business, I still tipped. Wasn't told thank you for that, let alone my purchase at all.
