Very disappointed in this location. I’ve been coming here for years and ever since they hired all new people my drinks are horribly made every single time and when they have to fix them they get attitudes. If you don’t like your job and can not do it right then go somewhere else. Your customers pay almost $7 for a drink for it to taste nasty and is never consistent with the same flavor.
I dine in at this location and the girl at the front counter was very dismissive when I asked about my mobile order. It just sat there already ready and she's just wiping a counter that has no spots on it... she definitely has a weird attitude towards black people but when a white girl walks in and sounds and acts like a black girl she's acting as if that's her best friend...
I will NEVER come back to this franchise. I will drive to 7 Brew in Allen Park from now on. I've been coming to this location for the last 6 years and this location has steadily declined. The women that works in the morning with the annoying voice likes to catch attitudes with customers and tries to charge you for chocolate cold foam that already comes on the drink. I am beyond fed up, you definitely lost a loyal customer
