I almost never have a complaint with Dunkin, but this one on Grandriver has really fell off their service. I asked for a Brown sugar shaken espresso with very very light ice, and was using my points, well I get to the drive thru and the lady says the original total and of course it didnt take my points she proceeds to say I dont know why, im new here and the manager is so busy he just brushed it off, so I went ahead and just paid my total, and take it as a lost, I get my drink and itd filled half with ice and not even filled... read more
I’m here almost daily for a milkshake, and sometimes a donut. All the night crew is so kind. Especially the girl working most nights, she is so sweet and kind and always smiling. My day is made everytime. Love this crew🫶
I order here at least once a week and usually never have issues but the new girl who works the DT window forgets something in my order every time. I've never had to double check them before but I do now. Everything usually is perfect
