How do you order an avocado toast with no bacon and a medium caramel craze, just to end up with a toast with bacon and a small tea??? After the girl at the window tells me to pull to the front to wait on my supposed coffee. Just to wait 5 minutes and nobody brings my coffee out. I went in for a school function my son had that was being hosted at this location. My son received a free donut, but I also ordered a half dozen donuts. As we approached the cash register the screen said our order was ready. I inquired and was told it would be a few more minutes. About 15 minutes later still no donuts. One employee just walking around behind the counter, another texting on her phone, and the third restocking a machine.
