The kid at the counter was rude, not polite at all. Barely said a word back. He also scooped the ice into the cup with his bare hand vs using the scooper. Won't go back to this location again.
Just awful ): I’ve tried to give this dunkins a chance so many times but the service is poor and more than half the time they forget an item. They refuse to put bakery items with your order when you order online and dodge you when you try to request them. Completely ignore you at the pick up counter and when items need to be slightly modified they don’t make the modifications. Best latte around! ☕️ They don’t have a drive-thru, just walk-in, but I always come here because the latte is totally worth it. I’ve tried lattes at several Dunkin’ locations in Ashland, Framingham, Southborough, Westborough, and Hopkinton—this one makes the best by far. Highly recommend! -Andrea Kim-
