I had great customer service experience here. I ordered online free Pumpkin spice latte and Avocado toast. Somehow the pumpkin spice latte was not added in the final order. When I went there, I was having difficulty editing the order. They advise me to create new separate order at the window and they can manually add the free latte. Very happy with their services.
Saw the lady sneeze cover her mouth with her bare hand and just reached and scooped ice with her bare hands 🤮
The person who works here has no idea how to make the order. Most of the time we drive through we get the response of not available items(donuts) middle of the day. I don’t know if this stores has anything the customer needs. Last week I ordered matcha latte and it is one of the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had. Please be careful about visiting this store.
