The person who works here has no idea how to make the order. Most of the time we drive through we get the response of not available items(donuts) middle of the day. I don’t know if this stores has anything the customer needs. Last week I ordered matcha latte and it is one of the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had. Please be careful about visiting this store.
Very bad experience at this Dunkin’ location. The staff served stale food—I got a bagel earlier and Munchkins today, and both were not fresh. This has happened 2–3 times. I didn’t escalate it to the health department, and I don’t want to complain to corporate, but this is disappointing and unacceptable. If you don’t care about your customers, customers won’t give you business. It’s shame.
easily the best dunkin in the area! it’s large and you can actually sit down here- plentiful seating, which is unlike most dunkins. nice customer service as well.
Went through the drive thru around 8am and the donut was completely stale and my hash browns were cold. I should’ve checked before I pulled off but I was exhausted from work. Won’t be coming back unfortunately
