Very bad experience at this Dunkin’ location. The staff served stale food—I got a bagel earlier and Munchkins today, and both were not fresh. This has happened 2–3 times. I didn’t escalate it to the health department, and I don’t want to complain to corporate, but this is disappointing and unacceptable. If you don’t care about your customers, customers won’t give you business. It’s shame.
easily the best dunkin in the area! it’s large and you can actually sit down here- plentiful seating, which is unlike most dunkins. nice customer service as well.
Went through the drive thru around 8am and the donut was completely stale and my hash browns were cold. I should’ve checked before I pulled off but I was exhausted from work. Won’t be coming back unfortunately
