The crew there was incredibly slow, not a smile in sight. I asked for a frozen caramel coffee with extra caramel drizzle.....there was barely any caramel drizzle in the cup and on top of the whip cream. I was out of time for my break for work so I couldn't even even them remake it. Will never return again
I don't understand how they're out of everything all the time. And it's not just this one it's all the dunkins in the area
The employee's behavior was disrespectful, condescending, and completely inappropriate for a customer service setting. He’s condescending, making inappropriate noises, saying baffling things. Kid is really a liability
Haven't had a bad coffee yet!
