Poor service and food quality. My son egg was not fully cooked. I first ordered a matcha latte with oat milk. The matcha tasted like syrup and very pale in color. I spoke with the cashier about the taste and wanting a refund. She stated she can't refund since the manager wasn't there but she can make something else. I order the butter pecan latte. Acted like a jerk over the drive through window and gave me stale, hard donuts. Probably a health and safety hazard.
They consistently close before closing time and night shift person always have aditude
How hard is it to understand "Id like a bagle with bacon and cheese.... no egg.... verified no egg twice" usually I end up with bacon egg and cheese because they can't seem to understand no egg. This time I get bacon and egg with no cheese. This happens repeatedly at manu Dunkin Donuts. What us minimum wage now? Like 18$ per hour. Yes some people are not worth 18$ per hour.
