Last time I will be going here. Tired of spending money on coffee that is never right.
This Dunkin’ is time and time again the slowest, never has proper inventory, and overall has terrible service. Would not recommend.
My experience here was WILD. Let me start by saying: Hunter was the best. Impeccable service. He is the kind of employee you'd want. The other kid working with Hunter? Needs to find another job. This incident happened on Friday, 12/27/24. My husband, child, mom, dad, and I place an order here (so, 5 of us) for two single scoops, one double scoop, one triple scoop, and a milkshake. I have Frequented Dunkin’ for the best part of 40 years am very disappointed with New Manager Blanca this morning Dec 8 2024 on Sunday . I left my order with her hoping she could fix it but she refused .
Been waiting in a drive thru line for 20+ minutes simply to pick up a mobile order for a coffee. A coffee! Absurd!
