Staff is rude. They run out of food early in the day. Every time I get coffee it's awful. Bad experience all the way around. Corporate should take a look at the management and staff and make much needed changes. Very poorly run from top to bottom.
Coffee is reasonable and taste good, most f the food is high calorie but tastes good

3/2/25 3:15 pm - nice guy was taking my order, a donut and I asked for a medium cup of ice. I hear a whisper of someone saying “no she can’t” and then the guy begins to tell me I can’t have the ice before he was cut off by a lady screaming at me about how I can’t have the ice and something something about cup sizes and corporate policy, I couldn’t even comprehend what she was yelling at me I was so shocked.
