The service at this Dunkin’s is some of the worst. They will leave you waiting at the counter forever and not even acknowledge you. Two to three employees will be joking around by the drive through and look right at you, and say nothing. I’ve had had to walk out more than once after not having more time to stand there and wait
Great service even though we got there at the butt crack of dawn when they first opened (it was still dark)
Last two times I have used the Dunkin ap the store didn’t have the inventory to fill the order. They also could not issue a refund. This is a DUNKIN order fulfillment fatal flaw and not the fault of the store.
Stay away from this Dunkin’s !!! Waited in like for about 20 minutes for them to say there not serving hot food. so I proceed with a couple donuts and a coffee. The lady at the speaker was super rude. My total came out to $7.72 I paid with a $10 bill so I’d get $2 ans some change back right ? Nope! the girl at the widow throws the bills in her tip cup without even asking & hands me back 1 quarter. Definitely never coming back to this one again. That same girl has shorted me in the past before as well
The girlfriend wanted Dunkin, so we got Dunkin. Personally I feel they are overpriced in my opinion.
