Went to the drive-thru. Loud machine behind the building makes it hard to hear. I waited about 1 min to be told she would be with me in a min. Only 1 other car was waiting for food at the window.I ordered 2 iced coffee’s. One mocha one Carmel swirl with cream and LIQUID sugar. She repeated my order and I corrected the sugar telling her liquid sugar. When I got the coffee it was not stirred ok no big deal. I stored it and took a sip. Coffee tasted burnt. I am a creature of habit, especially for garden cc on everything bagels. Ordering the same thing, place and time everytime. First note, is they take very long to make mobile orders, I would pre-order 15 minutes away, only a couple bagels, arrive and still be waiting. Its annoying to come in and see 4 people working, and 3 of them on there phones standing around while one gets the work done. Messed up the orders a couple times, plain CC is gross to me, and in a rush to work, can't stop, turn around and wait another 15 minutes... read more
