This Dunkin is my favorite one. The staff is great, very knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing them every day. Badger is excellent and the front count. Er lady is a great person to see if you're down because she always cheers up your day
I go here almost every week and the staff are so nice! I have had very few issues at this location and they are so accommodating
Went to the drive-thru. Loud machine behind the building makes it hard to hear. I waited about 1 min to be told she would be with me in a min. Only 1 other car was waiting for food at the window.I ordered 2 iced coffee’s. One mocha one Carmel swirl with cream and LIQUID sugar. She repeated my order and I corrected the sugar telling her liquid sugar. When I got the coffee it was not stirred ok no big deal. I stored it and took a sip. Coffee tasted burnt.
