Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Not sure if ownership cares about this place. Constant wrong orders. Horrible and rude service. Ordered a hot drink and it was ice cold. If it wasn’t so convenient on location I would never come back to the dunkin. The store great outside of constant issues
I always go to this Dunkin, but lately the coffee has been off. Yesterday I finally ordered an iced coffee- cold brew toasted white chocolate with 5 creams. I received it dark and the taste was awful, nothing like cold brew. The flavor was also awful. Did not taste like white chocolate and it and tasted burnt. It’s hit and miss and honestly almost $5 for an iced coffee to be made wrong and taste burnt is unacceptable. Sometimes the coffee is made perfectly and other days it’s not. Came in on the morning of 11/1 and was waited on by a very nice young man named Bruce. It was extremely busy but he was calm and took my order in a timely fashion. Im usually greeted by one of this stores impatient and grouchy employees who seem inconvenienced by taking my order, but this one was different. He even got my order right and was such a sweetheart.
