I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts at 5 AM. I tried to order a breakfast sandwich just to be told that they didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches available so I had to result to getting two glazed donuts just to start my morning off. The service was good the young lady who served me very polite and apologetic. I’m still going to continue to come to this Dunkin’ Donuts very good service very good food. I understand things happen.
Poorly ran establishment, employees messing up orders and being rude to customers, will never go to this Dunkin again!
If I could give this particular establishment 10 zero star ratings in a row, I would absolutely do that. This is the second day IN A ROW that I have placed a mobile order and left with no coffee. It is 6:30 in the morning currently and this particular location claims to open at 5 and was not open. They said there was nothing they could do about my order. The day before they had three people working - I placed my mobile order 5 miles up the road to ensure I could just grab it and go and mind you I only order hot coffee, nothi... read more
If I wanted to pay $7 and wait 10 minutes for a code I would have had my 3 year old make it
