Every morning since I have been back in CT I stop here and give my order and the staff is friendly even understanding when the kids are being difficult picking what they want. I managed a Dunkin down south so I know how things go when people order correctly and incorrectly. Correctly is a smooth in out. Food, beverages then donuts. No idea why i continue to go to this dunkin. Wanted to send manager an email but can't seem to on the app. My experience here is good maybe one time out of 10 and today really upset me. Only went because I had a coupon and so I present it with my card. She says sorry the coupon is for expresso I say oh my apologies I gave you the wrong one here's the ice coffee one. Was super disappointed. Website said they close at 10pm and they said they were closed at 7pm. Awful customer service. Rude employee at window. If I could give this zero stars I would.
