Ive been getting machiattos for years and now they rip you off by pouring ice coffee over milk and charging you for espresso. They will attitude if you ask them if the coffee was actually made properly when you know it wasn't lol.
Every morning since I have been back in CT I stop here and give my order and the staff is friendly even understanding when the kids are being difficult picking what they want. I managed a Dunkin down south so I know how things go when people order correctly and incorrectly. Correctly is a smooth in out. Food, beverages then donuts. No idea why i continue to go to this dunkin. Wanted to send manager an email but can't seem to on the app. My experience here is good maybe one time out of 10 and today really upset me. Only went because I had a coupon and so I present it with my card. She says sorry the coupon is for expresso I say oh my apologies I gave you the wrong one here's the ice coffee one.
