Came in grabbing a couple of things for my anniversary and met the store manager Jason and he was very friendly with great energy even offered ice cream on the house free of charge great experience and great leadership at this location
Excellent experience at this Dunkin’ location. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Great donut and ice cream selection. Tried matcha latte for first time. Love it.
I accidentally ordered my food to the wrong location this morning and the manager, Shirley, was very accommodating. She insisted on making my order for me despite coming to the wrong store. Shirley and her team were so friendly and efficient. I truly appreciated the kindness and excellent customer service. Will definitely return. The new chocolate covered banana iced coffee was WONDERFUL!!!
This is my go to for coffee and customer service. Jason is amazing!!!! People please stop by for the experience.
