Coffee was great! The service was fast and pleasant
I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with customer service at any Dunkin’ location until now. The staff inside the store had an extremely poor attitude and seemed unwilling or unable to listen properly. I had to repeat my order four times—even though I was speaking clearly and standing right in front of them. This wasn’t a drive-thru situation where headset issues could be blamed; it was face-to-face. I strongly urge management to provide better training on customer interaction and listening skills. Great food and coffee! Our server, Jason, was incredibly helpful.
If I could give negative stars I would. What appeared to be a manager took our order... two breakfast combos... bacon and cheese no egg with coffee the same way... we recieve one coffee one hashbrown and two bagels made wrong. When asked about the second coffee we were told we only paid for one. And with attitude "there...you have two now" but sir we are also missing another hashbrown... met with more attitude and a bag shoved in our face...only to get home and two bagels with raw bacon and eggs.
